How much does it cost to rent a yacht in Dubai?
Indicative rates start from around AED 400–800 per hour for smaller yachts and rise with size and finish, with superyachts quoted individually. Every price is confirmed with your quote based on the date, duration and any extras.
What is included in the charter price?
Charters are fully crewed and typically include a licensed captain and crew, fuel for the standard cruising route, bottled water, soft drinks and ice, towels, a sound system and safety equipment. Catering, decoration, DJ, jet ski and water toys are optional extras.
What is the minimum rental time?
Most charters start from 2 hours, with 3–4 hours common at weekends and for sunset slots. Longer cruises, full days and overnight stays are available across the fleet.
Do I need a boating licence?
No. Every charter comes with a licensed captain and crew, so you simply step aboard and enjoy the day.
Can we swim during the charter?
Yes — a daytime swim stop is usually possible on longer charters (typically 3–4 hours or more), weather permitting. Night swimming is not allowed under Dubai Coast Guard rules.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
On most yachts, yes — or the team can arrange catering and beverages so you just step aboard. The exact policy is confirmed per yacht with your quote.
Is alcohol allowed on board?
Alcohol is generally permitted on a private charter, subject to responsible consumption and age rules. The crew never drink on duty. Confirm the specifics with your booking.
Can I add catering, a DJ or a jet ski?
Yes. Catering, private chef, decoration, DJ, photographer, jet ski and water toys can all be added — just select them when you enquire and we’ll include them in your quote.
Where do the yachts depart from?
Most charters leave from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, cruising past the Palm, Ain Dubai, Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab. Palm Jumeirah and Abu Dhabi (Yas Marina) can be arranged on request.
How big a deposit is required?
A confirmation deposit secures your date, with the balance settled before departure. The exact amount is set out with your written quote.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the Coast Guard issues a warning, charters are typically rescheduled at no charge or an alternative sheltered route is used. Your team confirms the options.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the yacht and operator and are set out with your quote before you commit. We’ll always make them clear in writing up front.
Can I rent a yacht overnight?
Yes — yachts with cabins can be chartered overnight or for multiple days. Overnight capacity depends on the number of cabins.
Is a transfer to the marina available?
