The yachts that take a hundred
The Desert Rose event yachts of 160 and 240 ft are listed for 250 and 300 guests, with broad open decks designed for receptions, product launches and gala dinners. For groups of up to 85 or 90, the 105 ft Sky Walker and the 95 ft Virgo are the alternatives. Nothing else in our fleet is listed for a group this size, and we would rather tell you that than squeeze a hundred people onto the wrong yacht.
Running a 100-guest event on the water
Treat it like a venue booking: fix the date early, confirm the licensed capacity, and plan boarding times, catering, bar service and AV with the operator. Large events usually book four hours or more. We coordinate the quote, extras and timeline with the operator and can add chauffeur transfers for guests through gCar.
