What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, phone number, the date, group size, occasion, budget and any message — through WhatsApp, Telegram or a form. To understand how the site is used we run Yandex Metrica on every page: it records pages viewed, time on site, device, approximate location derived from the IP address, clicks and scrolling, and its Webvisor tool replays mouse movements, clicks and scrolling without what you type into form fields; it sets _ym_* cookies for up to one year.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and coordinate your charter with the operating partner. Booking IDs help us match your message to your request. If you leave your number in the request form on this site, the details you enter are stored on our server and sent to the gCar team by e-mail and to the gCar Telegram bot, so we can contact you; we keep them for up to 24 months, never sell them and delete them on request.
Sharing
To arrange your charter we share the necessary details with the operating partner. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we will action it.
gCar Yachts provides the booking interface and customer support. Yacht operation is fulfilled by a partner charter operator. The operating company, vessel details, final inclusions and booking terms are confirmed before payment.
